A Celebration of Marshmallow Cream

My wonderful, creative friend Becky came up with the brilliant idea to make sheep cookies on the last day of VBS...and frost them with marshmallow cream...and let the kids put marshmallows on them and then eat them! What a sugar-palooza! It was great fun and even funnier to see how many of the toddlers wouldn't even go near the marshmallow-cream frosted cookies. But the Little Sweetie was in marshmallow heaven and wallowed in her cookie for as long as we'd let her. Then, when we finally had to move on to the next activity I had to worm the last little bit out of her tightly gripped fist. Needless to say, she is now a confirmed marshmallow fan.

You guys had VBS already?? When does school get out in Alaska? Our VBSs down here don't start till July!

P.S. I love marshmallow cream! You'll have to make her a fluffer nutter sandwich (peanut butter and marshmallow cream) - it is sooo good!
